What services do you offer?

We are a professional wallpaper installation company, offering the highest quality wallpaper installation services in Cairns and FNQ. We perform small jobs from a feature wall, all the way up to full hotel refurbs.

Do you supply wallpaper? 

Yes we can supply any wallpaper you specify to us, however we do not have a showroom, or samples.

What areas do you install wallpaper? 

We are based in Cairns, but regularly travel to Atherton, Mareeba, and Port Douglas. We will travel anywhere in FNQ. Please just ask!

Is Wallpaper suitable in the tropical climate of Cairns?

Yes! Most wallpapers are suitable here, if you have concerns just ask us.

What surfaces can you wallpaper?

Wallpaper is best suited to smooth walls such as plasterboard. We can install on render, Villaboard, glass, stainless steel and many others, but they require additional preparation. MDF and timber move with moisture and are not suitable for wallpaper.

Does wallpaper hide imperfections in the wall?

Generally wallpaper does not hide imperfections, and can sometimes even make them more obvious. Our installation service includes a light sand of the wall, however and defects in the wall will need to be repaired prior to our arrival.

How long is warranty?

We are proud of the quality workmanship and will repair anything that is caused by faulty installation. If you have an issue we genuinely want to hear about it and fix it. We offer replacement within 12 months of installation if we can't repair or rectify an issue caused by installation. Due to the moisture/steam we are unable to offer any warranty in wet areas such as bathrooms, laundry etc

What is covered by warranty?

Any defects that are a direct result of an installation issue. Things outside our control such as water leaks, scratches, or movement to the substrate are not covered.

Is my job too big or small?

We complete projects of all sizes, anything from a small kitchen splashback all the way up to entire hotel buildings and everything in between.

How much does wallpaper installation cost?

Every job is different, please contact us for a free quotation for your unique project. 

How long does it take to wallpaper?

The installation time will vary depending on the size of the area, the material type, and the complexity of the job. A small feature wall may take as little as an hour.

How difficult is it to remove wallpaper?

With the adhesives we use, it is easy to remove wallpaper without damage to the wall. We leave the wall clean, and adhesive free ready for new wallpaper or paint.

What adhesives do you use?

We exclusively use Roman PRO-880, unless the product requires a special paste. It is a premium quality imported adhesive which is suitable in our tropical climate.

What areas do you service?

We are based in Cairns, and cover the entire Cairns region, Port Douglas and the Tablelands on a regular basis. We will do jobs all across FNQ and beyond.
